Children/adults receive with 2 full paying adults in the apartment the discounts given when they sleep in the extra bed in or on the sofa bed. The discounts are based on the current daily rates.

Arrival and departure
On arrival day the apartments are available from about 3 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know. On departure day, we ask you kindly to vacate your apartment before 10.00 am. In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the booked stay. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
Reservation
Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of €300. The deposit can be paid by postal order, bank transfer or online payment. Bookings are valid only after receipt of the booking confirmation and the deposit.

Cancellation terms
- The deposit will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
- In case of no show, late arrival or premature departure all unused days of travel arrangements will be charged at 100%.
- In case of cancellation within 60-30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within the last 30 days before date of arrival, 70% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within the last 7 days before date of arrival, 90% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
- We highly recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Travel cancellation insurance:
To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. Upon request, we will be pleased to provide additional information and the relative form.
Payment methods
We accept cash (up to €4.999,00) cheques, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, traveller cheques.
