- From 6 to 12 years: 30% discount

Children/adults are entitled to the above discounts when sharing an apartment with 2 full-paying adults and sleeping in the extra bed or on the sofa bed. Discounts are based on current daily rates.

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival the apartments are available from around 3 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment before 10 am. Early departures or late arrivals will be charged at 100% of the booked stay. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
Reservation
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a deposit of at least 30% of the total amount. The deposit can be paid by postal order, bank transfer or online payment. Bookings are only valid upon receipt of the booking confirmation and the deposit.

Cancellation terms
- The deposit will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
- In case of no show, late arrival or early departure all unused days of travel arrangements will be charged at 100%.
- In case of cancellation within 60-30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival date, 70% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within the last 7 days prior to arrival date, 90% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
- Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel cancellation insurance:
To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival, leave early or cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to provide you with further information and the relevant form on request.
